Purchases on the site are permitted only to those aged 18 and over.
Inventory: The jewelry is produced in limited series. There may be cases where an item was ordered but is actually out of stock. In this case, the customer will receive immediate notification and a full refund (or an offer for an alternative item).
Changes: The company reserves the right to update prices, shipping terms and promotions at any time and without prior notice. The determining price is the price at the time of actual order placement. A typographical error in the price or description will not bind the company.

Every piece of jewelry on iDO Piece is handmade or individually set. As a result, there may be slight variations between the image on the site and the jewelry you receive (in stone color, texture, or shape). These differences are natural, indicative of the handmade nature, and are not considered a defect. The images on the site are for illustrative purposes only.

A distinction must be made between the time it takes to prepare the jewelry and the time it takes to ship it :

• Preparation/Production Time: Typically up to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page . Delays may occur during busy times or with complex orders.
• Shipping time (within Israel): Up to 14 business days from the moment the item is prepared and delivered to the courier company.
• Shipping time (abroad): Up to 30 business days from the time the item is finished being prepared.
  Delivery is by courier to your home or to a collection point. iDO Piece will not be responsible for delays related to the courier company or force majeure.

Order Cancellation: A transaction can be canceled within 24 hours of making the payment, by written notification (email/WhatsApp). After that, the jewelry enters the production process and cannot be canceled.

Returns (in-stock items): Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Custom Made Jewelry: Jewelry made to measure, engraved, or special order - cannot be returned or exchanged , except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

The refund will be made after the jewelry is received and inspected, minus any applicable cancellation fees and shipping fees.

We provide a one-year (12-month) warranty on manufacturing defects only (connections, brackets, inlays).
The warranty does not cover : natural wear and tear, breakage, tarnishing of silver, loss of the jewelry, or damage caused by improper use (impact, water, cleaning agents). Repairing the jewelry by an external party voids the warranty.

The use of jewelry is at the sole responsibility of the customer. The company will not be liable for any indirect damage, including allergic reactions or sensitivity to metals. All content on the site (designs, images, text) is the exclusive property of iDO Piece and is protected by copyright. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of the Tel Aviv district.

No double-deals: Unless otherwise expressly stated, coupons or discount codes cannot be redeemed on items that are on sale or gift cards purchased at a discount.

Validity: The promotions are valid until stocks last or until the date set by the company, whichever comes first.

iDO Piece may discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
