Items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days.
Shipping time is up to 3-5 additional business days.
Total: Up to a week at your place.
Engagement Rings and Premium Jewelry:
These are handmade, custom-made jewelry.
Production time in the studio is up to 14 business days .
The item is then sent with a secure courier to your home.
Total: Up to two and a half weeks for arrival.
International deliveries:
The shipment arrives to any destination in the world within 3 weeks .
We offer free home delivery on every purchase over 450 NIS.
For orders below this amount, the cost of secure delivery with a courier to your home is 35 NIS.
Yes, self-pickup is possible by prior arrangement from two locations of your choice:
- From our studio in Hod Hasharon (4 Yerushalmi Street).
- From our office at the Diamond Exchange , Ramat Gan (Diamond Tower).
Quality and warranty
Yes, our jewelry is meant to live with you.
Silver Jewelry (Essentials):
100% water resistant, in the sea, in the pool and in the shower.
Premium Jewelry (Gold and Diamonds):
Gold itself is completely durable.
However, we recommend avoiding contact with harsh cleaning agents (such as bleach) to maintain the maximum shine of the inlay for years.
Sure. Every piece of jewelry comes with a full one-year warranty against manufacturing defects (such as a stone falling out or a defect in the connections).
Important to know:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover damage caused by unreasonable use, breakage due to impacts, scratches or loss.
925 silver is a natural material that tends to oxidize (turn black) when exposed to air or the acidity of the body.
Don't worry – this is a completely reversible process.
You can restore the shine to your jewelry in seconds using a dedicated cleaning cloth, or according to the jewelry cleaning guide on the website.
Returns and sizes
The policy varies depending on the type of jewelry:
The Silver Collection (Essentials):
Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging.
Premium collection and personal design:
Engagement rings, gold jewelry and items that are custom-made – cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
We perform strict quality control on each piece of jewelry before it is released.
If, however, a manufacturing defect is discovered upon arrival of the shipment, it is mandatory to report it to us, along with a photo, within 24 hours of receiving the package.
We will take care of servicing, repairing or replacing the item as necessary.

If a size change is still necessary, we offer a size adjustment/repair service at a nominal cost .
The price is determined by the complexity of the work (for example: widening, narrowing or repositioning). Contact us to coordinate.
